The Rules That Govern Your Account

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between you ("User," "you," or "your") and bekpkr ("bekpkr," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bekpkr.net. This Agreement governs all aspects of your relationship with bekpkr, including account registration, use of gaming services, financial transactions, and communications with our support team.

Your access to and use of the bekpkr platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including bekpkr's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and bekpkr.

bekpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the contact details associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of the bekpkr platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the bekpkr platform. bekpkr operates a strict 21+ policy without exception. Accounts found to belong to users under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable international gaming standards.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any legal guardianship, conservatorship, or court order that restricts your ability to enter into contracts involving financial transactions.
3. Jurisdictional Compliance: It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the bekpkr platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bekpkr does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that use of the platform is legal in any particular location. Users are responsible for ensuring their compliance with all applicable local laws.
4. Single Account: Each individual user may hold only one bekpkr account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
5. Identity Verification: bekpkr may at any time request documents to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by bekpkr may result in account restrictions or closure.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the bekpkr platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.

1. Registration Information: You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number, a secure password, and accurate personal details including your full legal name and date of birth. bekpkr uses your registered mobile number as the primary identifier for account access and OTP-based verification.
2. Accuracy of Information: You warrant that all information provided at registration and subsequently is true, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including regarding your identity, age, or location — is a material breach of this Agreement.
3. One Account Per Person: Only one account is permitted per individual. Duplicate accounts, including accounts registered to different mobile numbers or email addresses belonging to the same individual, are prohibited. bekpkr may merge or close duplicate accounts and withhold bonus funds associated with any duplicate registration.
4. Account Ownership: Your bekpkr account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, gift, or assign your account or any entitlements therein to any other person. Accounts may only be used by the registered account holder.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bekpkr login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your bekpkr account that is not used for any other service;
• Never share your login credentials, OTP codes, or account access with any third party, including family members;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and recommended by bekpkr;
• Notify bekpkr's support team immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

bekpkr will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. bekpkr will never request your password via any communication channel. Any message purporting to be from bekpkr and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

5. Deposits and Payments

bekpkr accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods listed on the platform's cashier page, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, USDT TRC20, and SadaPay. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

1. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. bekpkr reserves the right to adjust this threshold and will notify users of any changes.
2. Own Funds: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
3. No Fraudulent Deposits: Any attempt to deposit using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.
4. Currency: All bekpkr account balances are denominated in PKR. bekpkr does not perform intermediate currency conversion on PKR deposits. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
5. Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited instantly to your bekpkr balance under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. bekpkr is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and transparently for all Pakistani players.

1. Verification Requirement: Before processing your first withdrawal, bekpkr may require identity and payment method verification. You must provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified to avoid delays.
2. Matched Payment Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement and is non-negotiable.
3. Processing Time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed the same business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or for accounts subject to enhanced due diligence review.
4. Pending Wagering Requirements: Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering conditions have been satisfied. The cashier will clearly indicate the withdrawable balance available at any given time.
5. Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier section of your account. bekpkr reserves the right to adjust this threshold with notice.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

bekpkr may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time each promotion is offered:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's terms at the time of the offer.
2. Game Contributions: Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded. Full game contribution schedules are displayed in the promotion details.
3. Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible accounts. bekpkr reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for any promotion, which may include factors such as account age, verification status, and previous bonus history. Bonuses are not available to users who have opted into the self-exclusion programme.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one active bonus may be held at a time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
5. Abuse and Exploitation: bekpkr reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or coordinated bonus harvesting across multiple accounts. This includes but is not limited to arbitrage betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk to the player.
6. Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire after the period stated in the specific promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds and associated pending wagering requirements will be removed from the account.

8. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the bekpkr platform operate according to the following principles and rules:

1. Certified RNG: All casino games use a certified Random Number Generator that has been independently tested and verified to produce genuinely random and fair outcomes. bekpkr does not and cannot modify game outcomes after a gaming session has commenced.
2. Published RTPs: The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game's information panel. RTPs represent the theoretical long-run return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
3. Sportsbook Odds: Sports betting odds reflect bekpkr's assessment of event probabilities at the time they are offered. bekpkr reserves the right to suspend or void markets where odds have been offered in error or where circumstances affecting the integrity of an event come to light.
4. Bet Acceptance: bekpkr reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons. Bets are not binding on bekpkr until confirmed as accepted in the user's bet history.
5. Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a gaming session, bekpkr's records will be used to determine the state of the game at the point of interruption. bekpkr will act in good faith to resolve such situations fairly.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bekpkr platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of account registration or verification;
• Operating multiple bekpkr accounts simultaneously or sequentially;
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated means to interact with the bekpkr platform;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform's software to gain unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity using the bekpkr platform;
• Depositing funds using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment instruments;
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer game format to gain unfair advantage;
• Placing bets with inside knowledge of event outcomes or engaging in match-fixing activities;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the bekpkr platform, software, or intellectual property;
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward bekpkr staff or other users.

10. Responsible Gaming

bekpkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the welfare of its users seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders and can be accessed from the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at preset intervals reminding you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration) during which you will not be able to access the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the bekpkr platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months and cannot be lifted by the player or by bekpkr customer support during this period.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the bekpkr platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, brand assets, text, data compilations, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of bekpkr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bekpkr platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the bekpkr platform.

The bekpkr name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of bekpkr. Unauthorised use of these marks in connection with any product or service is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bekpkr's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is subject to the following limitations:

1. No Guarantee of Winnings: bekpkr does not guarantee any particular gaming outcome, level of winnings, or return on funds wagered. All gaming on the bekpkr platform involves risk and the possibility of financial loss. You participate entirely at your own risk.
2. Service Availability: bekpkr does not warrant that the platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond bekpkr's reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions.
3. Indirect Losses: bekpkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if bekpkr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
4. Maximum Liability: Subject to applicable law, bekpkr's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Account Suspension and Closure

bekpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Provision of false or inaccurate registration or verification information;
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within the specified timeframe;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9;
• At the request of the account holder for self-exclusion or voluntary closure;
• Where required by applicable law, regulation, or direction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure for cause, bekpkr reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where an account is closed due to proven fraud or breach of these terms, all associated funds may be forfeited. Where an account is closed by the user voluntarily or for reasons unrelated to misconduct, funds will be returned to the user's verified payment method after completion of any applicable due diligence process.

14. Amendments to These Terms

bekpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bekpkr will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via SMS to their registered mobile number, via email if an email address is registered, or via a prominently displayed notice on the platform.

Amended terms will become effective on the date specified in the notification, which will be no fewer than seven days from the date of notification except where changes are required by law or are non-material. Your continued use of the bekpkr platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming standards and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which bekpkr operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through bekpkr's internal complaints process will be subject to the dispute resolution procedures specified by the relevant gaming authority.

bekpkr operates an internal complaints procedure. If you have a complaint, you should first contact bekpkr's customer support team, who will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within five business days. Complex complaints may take longer to resolve and will be communicated accordingly.
